Buyer evidence pack

The trust assets serious buyers ask for before a project quote.

Vaultwerk provides SGS RoHS / GB 8624 B1 test-report references, container loading diagrams, and floor plans at inquiry stage. CE / EU DoC is not used as a public claim until original EU documents are verified, and destination compliance is scoped before a commercial offer.

Resort installation visuals

Concept visuals help buyers discuss resort placement, deck access, and site planning before inquiry. Verified project photos, site names, and project counts are checked before a full case pack.

SGS RoHS / GB 8624 B1 reports

An SGS RoHS / material-safety report and a China GB 8624-2012 B1 fire report are available during inquiry review. CE / EU DoC is not used as a public claim until original EU documents are verified, and your local approval route still needs a project engineer or code consultant.

Product system

Dome Series first, with linked layouts for resort developers.

The Vaultwerk Dome Series is positioned for B2B resort, glamping, and hospitality projects. Cabin Series and A-Series naming can extend the same umbrella brand later; this first English site focuses on EPS modular dome houses.

Single Dome Series axonometric layout concept

01

Single dome

A standalone Dome Series unit for compact guest rooms, staff accommodation, or pilot installations.

Linked 28 m2 plus 40 m2 dome axonometric layout concept

02

Linked 28 m2 + 40 m2

A connectable dome cabin concept for family suites or premium resort layouts. Connection-node performance is reviewed during project design.

Multi-dome resort cluster axonometric planning concept

03

Multi-dome cluster

A dome cluster glamping resort approach for mixed room types, public clusters, and phased site planning. Matrix limits and pricing require project confirmation.

Scope-based

Shell-only, ready-to-move-in, or turnkey

Quote Scope

Shell-only, ready-to-move-in, and turnkey are not the same quote.

Final pricing depends on configuration, destination, quantity, export packaging, and local site work. Vaultwerk separates scope before comparing numbers so buyers can evaluate equivalent offers.

Matrix is a scope conversation aid. Final commercial scope depends on drawings, destination, and logistics.

Shell-only

Baseline scope

You get the EPS shell module package and the structural shell items needed for a baseline cabin quote.

About Vaultwerk

A manufacturer-direct path for modular dome projects.

Vaultwerk manufactures EPS modular dome systems in China, with export references across 11 markets including Canada, Greece, and Sweden.

We are a focused EPS dome manufacturer and export team. Our focus is resort, glamping, and hospitality buyers who need a structured quote path rather than a checkout price.

For each serious inquiry, we review unit count, intended use, destination market, and quote path before preparing the details that matter: model mix, packaging, engineering review, and loading plan.

For resort developers & tourism projects

Larger resort, hotel group, and tourism-project buyers usually mix dome SKUs into honeymoon suites, family pods, and public clusters. We scope these projects by unit count tier (5-20, 20-100, 100+), prepare layout matrices and connection-node engineering, and keep the commercial path separate from single-cabin inquiries.

Buyer FAQ

Questions that affect scope before pricing.

Common questions from resort developers and glamping operators before requesting a project quote.

What information do you need for a project quote?

Send the destination market, intended use, number of units, expected timeline, and whether you want shell-only, ready-to-move-in, or turnkey support. Unit count matters because 1-5, 5-20, 20-100, and 100+ unit inquiries usually need different production review, freight checks, and commercial scope review.

What is the difference between shell-only, ready-to-move-in, and turnkey?

Shell-only means you receive the EPS module package and structural shell items, while your team handles freight coordination, installation, utilities, interior work, and approvals. Ready-to-move-in adds interior fit-out items so the quote is closer to an operable guest room. Turnkey is the widest path: we coordinate shell, fit-out, and installation planning, then separate what your local team must still handle on site. The important step is not the label; it is making sure two suppliers are quoting the same included items before you compare price.

Can different dome sizes connect into one resort layout?

Yes. The Dome Series can be planned as linked layouts, including a 28 m2 unit connected to a 40 m2 unit for a family suite or premium resort layout. That gives resort developers more room-type variation than buying only repeated single cabins. A resort can plan honeymoon units, family suites, and public clusters from the same product family. We still review the connection node, layout limits, engineering sign-off, and pricing before turning the concept into a commercial offer for each site.

What certification documents are available?

We share source documents at inquiry stage with their exact scope stated. The SGS report on file is a RoHS / material-safety report, not a fire or structural certification. Fire is classified B1 under the Chinese standard GB 8624, which is not EN 13501-1 or a CE fire class. A CE / EU Declaration of Conformity is pursued per project rather than presented as already held. None of these replace your local building-code process, so destination certification and a local engineer, architect, or approval consultant are part of larger resort projects.

How many units fit in a 40-foot high-cube container?

Manufacturer materials give a 2.5-6 set range per 40HQ container. Smaller shell packages can sit toward the higher end of that range, while larger models or interior packages reduce the count. A 28 m2 pilot order and a mixed 28 m2 plus 40 m2 resort package will not load the same way. For a real quote, we check your selected model mix, export packaging, spare parts, interior items, and destination so freight is compared on the same basis as the product offer.

Is there a public price list?

No universal price list is published because quantity, selected SKU, export packaging, installation responsibility, and destination freight can change the offer materially. A shell-only pilot order and a 40-unit resort rollout are not the same buying path. We start by aligning what is included, what your local team handles, and what we need in order to price the project.

Can you handle small orders as well as resort-scale projects?

Yes. The inquiry path captures unit count so a 1-5 unit pilot, a 5-20 unit campground expansion, a 20-100 unit resort project, and a 100+ unit tourism development can move through different review paths. Smaller orders need practical shipping and installation clarity; larger projects need model mix, phasing, production coordination, and commercial scope planning.
