Privacy notice
Last updated: June 4, 2026. Vaultwerk uses this site to answer B2B project questions and route quote requests. We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries, protect the form, and understand which buyer resources are useful.
Inquiry and lead magnet data
When you submit the quote form or a lead magnet form, we use the details you provide, such as email, company, destination, unit count, project type, scope target, and message, to reply to the request, assign the right internal project lead, and prepare a scope-specific response.
Session-only conversion tracking
The site uses a first-party session id stored in sessionStorage for the current browser session. It helps us count non-blocking events such as inquiry submits, WhatsApp clicks, mailto fallback clicks, PDF downloads, and lead magnet submits.
We do not store raw IP addresses in the analytics table. Source URLs and referrers are reduced before storage: only utm_ parameters and gclid are kept, while sensitive query parameters such as email, phone, and token are removed.
Operational providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Inquiry delivery may use Resend or an internal forwarding webhook when configured. Email routing and manufacturing-partner forwarding depend on the project scale and the contact details you submit.
